What's included in the base price?

All plans include remote helpdesk support, device and patch management, incident ticketing, and monthly reporting. Monitoring availability and features expand with each plan level.

Can we start with Foundation and upgrade later?

Absolutely. Many of our clients start with Foundation and grow to Growth or Enterprise as their teams expand or requirements increase. Upgrades can be made at any renewal or on a month-to-month basis with notice.

Does pricing include user licenses?

Our pricing covers IT service delivery and management. Microsoft 365, cloud platform, and security software licenses are typically billed separately or incorporated at cost. We'll clarify this during your service design phase.

What makes an Enterprise plan custom?

Enterprise plans vary based on your environment size, compliance requirements, geographic locations, and specific business needs. We'll work with you to design a service level, support model, and pricing that match your situation.

Do you offer discounts for longer commitments?

Yes. We offer 5-10% discounts for 1-2 year commitments and can discuss custom arrangements for enterprise partnerships. Contact our sales team for details.

What happens if we need more support?

Plans can be customized or upgraded at any time. Common add-ons include extended on-site support, enhanced security services, or dedicated engineering resources.

How long are service agreements?

Standard agreements are 12 months, with most clients on month-to-month renewals after the initial term. We require 30 days notice for termination if you choose to leave.

What's your payment model?

We bill monthly in advance for standard plans. Enterprise plans may include quarterly or annual billing options. Credit card, ACH transfer, and invoice payment are all supported.
