Karobel provides managed IT services, cloud operations, and cybersecurity support. All services are provided "as-is" with the SLA terms specified in individual service agreements.
Service fees are billed monthly unless specified otherwise in your service agreement. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
SLAs are defined in individual service agreements and vary by service tier. We monitor uptime and performance metrics monthly and report results to clients.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information shared during service delivery. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Karobel's total liability for any claims arising from services is limited to the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Karobel will provide transition assistance and deliver all client data within 5 business days.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
